The amount of detail is amazing and the coloring on this piece 18 inch piece is very rich and tasteful with shades of brown, bronze, gold, and forest green all frosted with white. This Russian Santa is completely hand carved from solid linden with traditional carving knives, chissles and gouges. After sanding, each piece is hand painted in detail and signed by the artist.
