"Black Pencil Santa - Purple, with blue and gold trim. African American Santa Claus carved of wood from Giant Sequoia, recycled grape stakes used in California vinyards in the early last century. This is a very dense wood with 60-90 years of growth rings in about two inches of wood, the thickness of the Santa photographed. A fun and collectible Santa carving from a piece of wood with some history. All original design, hand carved, hand painted and signed by the artist, Paul Green."
