Fly fishing Santa - the avid angler. Santa loves fishing and this time he's caught a beautiful brook trout, carved and painted in amazing detail. Santa wears his old fishing hat and his pants are almost held up by his suspenders, yet his belly and part of his bottom have fallen out. Santa's fly rod gives this carving an overall height of 9 inches and comes out for easy and safe storage. Santa also has a detailed fishing creel at his side. One of a kind, hand carved and hand painted wooden Santa Claus figure by David Sabol. Carved from white pine and painted in oils this unique Santa design is signed by the artist. A veteran of the carving trade, David has authored several carving books and holds seminars throughout the northeast.
