This southwestern Santa is adorned in a carefully carved buckskin coat with green and red lined fringe subtly highlighting the festive season. Santa holds tightly to his uniquely carved Santa staff to help him journey through the desert terrain. Shaded rocks surround the base on Santa's coat illustrating the brown, colorless landscape of the desert. Santa brings with him a teddy bear for a patiently waiting young child. An original, one of a kind, solid wood Santa Claus figure designed, carved, painted and signed by Barbara Scoles.
