An uncommon painted antique Santa - very aged look. Solid and in great shape with minor cut marks. He carries a bag strapped to his back with a dollar symbol etched on it. Maybe this Santa was delivering money for Christmas,... or end of season elf payroll? Solid wood paper mache mold.
