Ordering information and Policies

Ordering Information:
Online ordering should be quite simple and self explanatory but if you have any problems or questions, or are fearful of internet transactions, just pick up the phone and dial 425-605-2194 to place your order.

Payment Methods:
Online orders are processed with a valid credit card or Paypal account.
If you would like to pay by check you will need to call us with your order and we will process your order only when your check arrives and clears the bank.

Being that many of our Santas are one of a kind pieces you may want to purchase something before you are ready to take delivery. Whether to make sure nobody else buys it, or to simply spread out payments over several months. Either way, we are very flexible and have only 2 rules. 1. Minimum down payment is 33% (50% on custom orders). 2. Your order must be paid for in full by November 20 as we will not carry over any layaway into the following year. ***Layaway deposits are non-refundable.

Special orders - Custom Santas:
Most of our artists do special orders. Special orders require a 50% deposit at the time of order. The balance is due upon shipping or pick up. Photographs or examples of custom orders displayed on this website or in the studio are for reference purposes only. Due to the nature of one-of-a-kind, hand made works that we produce being individually unique - special orders will never look exactly like pieces displayed. If you are custom ordering a Santa from a photograph seen here you will receive a Santa of equal, or better quality and bearing a 'likeness' to such Santa. Please inquire about timeliness of special orders. Depending on the seasonality, complexity of design, and backorders special orders may take anywhere from a few weeks to 6 months. We will stand behind our commitment given at the time of order. Deposits on special orders are non-refundable.

Return Policy:
We will gladly exchange or give store credit for any purchase of non-original (Santa figurines, branded items) Santas. All sales of original artwork (clay sculptures, woodcarvings, other non-reproduction Santas) are final. No returns or exchanges will be accepted.
Deposits on original artwork, special orders and commissioned pieces are non-refundable.
Please inquire at the time of purchase if you have any questions or concerns regarding refunds or exchanges.

We're more than happy to exchange items(non-original) ordered in error. Exchanges must be made within 14 days of receiving order. Simply return the Santa to us with a copy of the original invoice and a note indicating the item you would like to exchange for (item # and name), or 'store credit'. All exchange items returned must be in original, new, resalable condition in order to be valid.

Damage Claims:
If you receive an item that has been damaged we will ship a new one, along with a return shipping tag for the damaged piece. All damage claims must be filed within 7 days of receiving the item.

Privacy Policy:
We don't buy or sell mailing lists. We never have and never will. We value your personal information though it was our own.
